Tips to stay healthy though always at the computer
Activity at the computer for hours now become a common thing done by many people.
Although it is understood also that it brings adverse effects to health, but shy away from it sometimes very difficult. Demands of the job make a man should always use the computer as a support job.
The following tips in order to remain healthy, although you have to work all day at the computer;
Sports. Exercise does not mean you have to leave your computer. Can also be done at the computer.
