1. Enough sleep

2. Do not skip meals

3. Enough to drink
Inadequate body needs to drink at least 2 liters of water a day or depending on the activity. Certainly not of high-calorie beverages such as soft drinks and juice.
4. Remain active
Find a partner in a physical activity that we are “forced” to stay active. Their presence will make you more responsible and motivated.
