Let’s Wake up 10 Minutes Earlier
Your morning person or not, it does not hurt to try to enjoy a few minutes time in the morning.
To work around this, set the alarm 10 minutes earlier than usual.
Use the 10 minutes of extra time to do anything that can make you feel more energetic, relaxed, eliminate stress or whatever you need.
Try to try the new yoga poses, read a few pages of a favorite book, meditate, drink coffee or make a healthy breakfast.
Ten minutes may not mean much, but it can drain a positive atmosphere in the rest of your day. Good luck!
