Dark Chocolate Protects Men from Heart Attack

Luckily for those of you who like to eat chocolate, especially dark chocolate.
Because a recent study says that men can reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke if often eat dark chocolate.
As reported by the Daily Mail, a study conducted by researchers from the University of Aberdeen Rowett Institute of Nutrition and Health, UK, showed that dark chocolate 70 percent more potent protect blood vessels men than women.
A component in the blood called platelets that triggers blood clotting is more docile when a man diligent eating dark chocolate. That is, the risk of heart attack and stroke was significantly lower for men.
“It’s quite strange, because usually women prefer chocolate, but it turns brown provide greater efficacy in men,” said lead researcher Dr. Baukje de Roos.
Nonetheless, he is still not sure what caused the man who ate dark chocolate health benefits more than women.
“We found 70 percent dark chocolate is good for men and women, but the greater good effect felt by men,” says Dr. de Roos.
He is also guessed hormone plays an important role in the success of eating dark chocolate for men. Well, for whatever reason, from now on you (men) have to be more diligent eating dark chocolate if you want to lower your risk of heart attack and stroke.
